Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
- You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Because you get the digital materials straight away, payments are normally not refundable.
- We always refund mistakes: double charges, charges after you cancelled, wrong amounts, or a purchase you couldn't download.
- There are no setup fees or hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay (USD).
1. Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, and that is the full amount we charge. We add no setup, processing or service fees. If you pay in another currency, PayPal converts the amount at its own rate, and your bank may charge its own foreign-transaction fee; we don't receive those fees.
2. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly) until you cancel. We show the renewal price and period before you subscribe.
- How to cancel: log in to PayPal → Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments → select SimpsonESL → Cancel. Or email us and we'll cancel it for you.
- After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't charge you again.
- We don't give partial refunds for unused days, except where the law requires it or in the cases listed in section 4.
- Founding Member pricing stays locked while your subscription stays active. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the price at that time applies.
3. One-time purchases (worksheet bundles and curriculum books)
Bundles and books are downloaded immediately after payment, so they can't be returned. If a download doesn't work, contact us and we'll send it again or refund you.
4. When we always refund
- You were charged twice for the same thing.
- You were charged after you cancelled.
- You were charged a different amount from the price shown when you bought.
- You paid but couldn't access or download what you bought, and we couldn't fix it within 7 days.
5. Consumers in the EU, UK and similar places
Normally you have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download or access starts, but only if you agreed to that first. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want access straight away and that you understand this. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email and the PayPal transaction ID. We'll reply within 5 working days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal.
7. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
